The main reason I didn't sign up for Weight Watchers was that I was unwilling to give up an evening a week to go to the meetings. So when I discovered this
I signed up pretty much right away.
They sent me out an 'at home' pack almost immediately. I've been following the program since Friday.
I'm quite enjoying the record keeping aspect of it because I like that kind of thing. I'm pretty sure I've been eating healthier and less.
I went to my dance class last night and was shocked to discover that doing so earned me 9 points (though they do say you shouldn't eat more than 6 activity points a day).
